MISSION STATEMENT: 

Chin Mu Kwan Taekwon-Do Federation (CTF) exists solely to promote and to maintain traditional Taekwon-Do. CTF is not a profit seeking organization, we are an instructional and certifying Federation with the goal of having the highest standards in Taekwon-Do.

INSTRUCTION GOAL: 

Chin Mu Kwan literally means "True Martial Art Home" the CTF Instructors teach their students the "Art of Taekwon-Do" not the sport of Taekwon-Do. Our goal is to improve our student's physical and mental state and to develop a positive way of thinking. Most sport based Martial Arts schools are more interested in how many trophies you win, thus building an individual ego. Our tournaments are intended as a learning experience. 

Tae Kwon Do Oath: 

I shall observe the tenets of Tae Kwon Do. 

I shall respect the instructor and senior. 

I shall never misuse the Tae Kwon Do. 

I shall be champion of freedom and justice. 

I shall build a more peaceful world.
