Master Rianard Jackson 7th dan
Master Rianard Jackson is currently a 7th degree senior master Black Belt with CTF and is the CTF advisor for Texas. Master Jackson was introduced to CTF by Master's Stephen Davis in 1984. Master Jackson as the Director of Martial Arts Programs for the Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation Dept. played a key role in 1982 in setting up Master Stephen Davis' first Taekweon-Do class in Corpus Christi. That class led to todays's large influence and multiple CTF schools in the Corpus Christi area. Master Jackson's  Martial Arts studies started with Judo in 1958 and has led him to hold many Masters ranks in multiple Martial Art styles. He was inducted into the Karate Hall of Fame in 1988, Kami Aikido Hall of Fame and Judo Hall of Fame in 1990.

Master Bob Davis 7th Dan

Master Bob Davis is the other half of Davis Brothers Tae Kwon Do. Bob Davis started training in 1970. The Tae Kwon Do class was held in Norristown, PA. and followed to the Conshocken School where he trained with Fred Destolfo and many others. In 1975 Bob Davis and Stephen Davis started their own Tae Kwon Do school in East Norriton, PA. Mr. Steve Davis as the head instructor and Bob Davis as the manager, Bob Davis started the Norristown Karate Club in 1978 with Harry Plichta. In 1982 Mr. Bob Davis moved to McAllen Texas and started Bob Davis Tae Kwon do and Mr. Stephen Davis moved to Corpus Christi Texas. Thus  the Davis Brothers spread C.T.F. Tae Kwon Do in Texas.  Mr. Bob Davis was named Regional Director for the United Martial Arts Association in 1983 and was inducted into the International Karate Hall of Fame in 1988. Master Bob Davis helped establish the Chin Mu Kwan Black Belt League (CBL) with Master Rianard Jackson, Master Charles Harris, Master Reymundo Gonzalez and Mr. Rene Garcia in 1992 and the C.T.F. Texas State Championships Tae Kwon Do circuit. Master Bob Davis has hosted Tae Kwon Do tournaments for the last 22 years.
       In 1994 Master Bob Davis started Karate Kids of America "Just Say No To Drugs and Gangs Program" in McAllen, Texas, a 501 C non-profit organization. The program rewards at risk students for positive behavior. Master Bob Davis pioneered Tae Kwon Do as a Physical Education requirement at a private school the Oratory Academy and at the University of Texas Pan American. Master Bob Davis has hosted the C.T.F.  National Testing and Events several times and is the C.T.F. Regional Director for South Texas. Over the years Master Bob Davis has trained in many styles and holds many ranks. He is dedicated however to spreading C.T.F. Tae Kwon Do throughout the state of Texas. His Black Belts and Masters already operate C.T.F. schools in many Texas cities.



Master Harry W. Plichta 7th Dan
Harry W. Plichta started his martial arts training in 1976. He received his 1st degree black belt under the instruction of Mr. Stephen & Bob Davis in Pennsylvania. After receiving his first degree black belt he took over the school in Norristown founded in 1978 and then the East Norriton school founded in 1976, when the Davis brothers moved to Texas. He created Norristown Area Taekwon-Do (NAT) when he unified the two schools under his instruction. Both schools were founded by the Davis brothers. Plichta began to study Chinese martial arts and holds black belt in, Chinese Kenpo, and over 25 years of study in Shaolin Kun Tao Kung Fu, where he was certified in Chinese weapons. He also is an instructor in Tai Chi. Varied in martial arts he also teaches and studies fencing. His Japanese martial study was under the tutelage of Master Rianard Jackson which includes Kendo, Aikido and Jyodo. He also studied naginata. Plichta teaches self-defense, Chin Mu Kwan Taekwon-Do and other martial arts at Eastern University in St. Davids. He has a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology from West Chester University where he explored the western scientific principles of the eastern martial arts. Master Plichta is active in the church and community and runs, plans and assists in many programs for youth and adults.  NAT is active in raising funds to help find the cure for ALS, Lou Gherig's Disease. It has helped raise over $3,500.

Master Lenny Young 7th Dan
Master Lenny Young began his training under Master Fred DeStolfo in the mid 70's at Lock Haven University. In 2009 he was promoted to his current rank of 7th Dan. Master Young has himself promoted over 80 of his students to Black Belt with many beyond 1st Dan and three to Master Instructor. He has competed in sparring, forms, breaking and weapons on the east and west coasts winning many 1st places along with several Grand Championships. Master Young has been hosting two tournaments a year since 1984. In 1980 he was awarded "Best Student of the Year" by Master Chong Lee while living in Los Angeles. Other awards received were "Outstanding Young Fitness Leader" by the Pennsylvania Jaycees, P.E.P.P.A. (Public Education Partners Promoters Award) by the Bellefonte Area School Dist. and inducted into the U.S.A. Martial Arts Hall of Fame. In 1991 Grand Master Kang appointed him Regional Director of C.T.F. He has done countless demos and clinics for charities and civic groups. Since 1984 he has been an Assistant Instructor for the C.T.F. regional summer camp. He has traveled the United States for seminars in Tae Kwon Do as well as other martial arts. Most recently, Master Young taught a club defense seminar at the C.T.F. nationals in McAllen, Texas. Since 1980, he owns and operates Young's Tae Kwon Do in Bellefonte, PA. Every year, Young grants a $100.00 scholarship to any graduating senior from his alma mater, Bellefonte High School, who best exhibits the tenets of Tae Kwon Do.

Master David Burns 7th Dan

David Burns began studying Tae Kwon Do in 1974 under Master Fred DeStolfo of Philadelphia. He received his first-degree Black Belt in 1977. In 2002 David was awarded the rank of sixth-degree Black Belt from Grandmaster Yon Ho Kang and the International Chin Mu Kwan Tae Kwon Do Federation (CTF). From 1975-91 he was a successful competitor winning numerous championships in the categories of form, weapons, sparring, self-defense and breaking.
He founded Burns Tae Kwon Do in 1980 and operated it continuously for 25 years.  David retired from active teaching in 2005, selling his martial art and fitness business to his student, Master Nathan Morgan.
David also trained in the Korean Martial Art of Kuk Sool and holds a Black Belt (1987), under Master Byung Sup Ma of Chicago. In 1987, he traveled to Korea with Master Ma, training in martial arts schools and receiving instruction from Korean masters. He continues his personal training with his teacher Master DeStolfo, and by participation in martial arts, fitness and self-defense training courses throughout the country.David's instructional training includes a degree from Lock Haven State College (B. S. Ed. '77). That same year he began studying martial arts instruction methods with Master DeStolfo and began teaching in the Lock Haven State Karate Club. He continued practicing and teaching and in 1989 was certified as a Master Instructor by the CTF. He is also an instructor at the annual CTF training camps and in 1991 was appointed CTF Regional Director by Grandmaster H. Y. Kang. David currently serves as regional advisor for the CTF.  He is also a certified instructor with the American Council on Martial Arts (ACMA) and the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research.  David continues to extend the personal development lessons of Tae Kwon Do to a wider audience by incorporating these lessons into his work as a professional speaker and business-skills trainer.

Master Vincent Mattielo 6th Dan
In 1961-1962 Master Vincent P Mattiello began studying the martial arts while training for the Military Police in the United States Army. In the following years Master Mattiello has trained in Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, Hapkido, Tai Chi, and some Judo. He has earned 5th Dan in W.T.F. and awarded 6Th Dan in Chin Mu Kwan Taekwon-Do in 2007. Master Mattiello opened his first Taekwon-Do school in1982, "White Lion Tae Kwon Do" he also founded the United American Tae Kwon Do Federation in 1986 and was also one of the founders of The Florida Friendship Alliance an organization for running fair friendly tournaments with other Masters all over Florida. The Florida master has owned and operated schools in Daytona Beach, Edgewater, and Deltona, Florida. As fate would have it Master Mattiello met Grand Master H.Y. Kang and after showing interest in the C.T.F was interviewed by the Grand Master. Master Mattiello immediately stopped teach WTF forms in his schools abandoning them. He changed his whole curriculum and began to strictly teach only the CTF forms and systems. Showing his dedication to the grand Master and CTF he was allowed to test for his 6th Dan Senior master under they eyes of grand Master Kang and C.T.F. Master Mattiello is dedicated to Grand Master Kang and is proud to be Senior Regional Director for Florida.

Master Cindy Davis 6th Dan
Cindy Davis began studying Taekwon-Do in 1982 under the instruction of Mr. Stephen Davis in Corpus Christi. Ms. Davis was promoted to 1st Degree Black Belt in 1985. Ms. Davis started a Taekwon-Do program for deaf students and created sign language for all the Taekwon-Do movements and commands with the assistance of some of the students, two of which are now Black Belts. Master C. Davis also instructed many programs for the City and Y such as after school classes, anti-bully presentations, and was noted for excellence in working with children. Master Robert Dunn appointed Ms. Davis as Secretary and Treasurer for the United Martial Arts Association. In 2001 Grand Master Kang appointed Master C. Davis as General Secretary for the International Chin-Mu-Kwan Taekwon-Do Federation and is the highest ranking female in CTF. Master C. Davis is now the Head Senior Master Instructor for the CTF School in Exton PA.

Master Reymundo Gonzalez 6th dan

Master Reymundo Gonzalez has over 26 years in the Martial Arts. He studied various styles before Taekwon-Do. He started studying in Corpus Christi In 1982. His first Taekwon-Do instructor was Master Stephen Davis. Master Gonzalez started his school with three students and now has about 56. "Taekwon-Do is a hobby but I've come to realize it has become a passion, especially since I love teaching. I am a full time public school principal but I hope to continue and expand my Taekwon-Do school after I retire from public education."


Master William Dorsey 6th Dan

William Dorsey began studying Taekwon-Do in 1971 under then 7th Dan Master Yon Ho Kang. Dorsey was one of Master Kang's 1st American students and he was directly taught by him. Dorsey achieved his 1st Dan Black Belt and opened his 1st Taekwon-Do School in Marion, Indiana under the tutelage of Master Kang. It was an ATA Class A-DCharter School under CTF; Master Dorsey continues to run a CTF school in Marion today.In the early days the training at Master Kang's Indianapolis school was very intense and most students competing in tournaments were victorious, other famous high ranking Masters would visit and train there like General Choi and Grandmaster Nam Ta Hi.Master Dorsey received his Letter of Appointment as a CTF Instructor, and was appointed as a CTF Test Examiner and in 1988 appointed CTF Regional Director for the State of Indiana. After Grandmaster Kang relocated Mr. Dorsey received permission from the Grandmaster to continue his Taekwon-Do training under Grandmaster Sun Jae Park. He advanced to 5th Dan under him. At the 2009 CTF National Testing Master Dorsey was promoted to Senior Master 6th Dan by Grandmaster Kang and the CTF Test Board.After training for more than 40 years under Grandmaster Kang, Senior Master Dorsey is grateful for the journey of excellence that it has and continues to provide to himself, his students and for all mankind.       


Master Douglas Eaton 6th dan
Master Douglas Eaton began his study of Taekwon-Do under Master David Burns in 1981. Through Master Burns' guidance and example he has grown to appreciate Taekwon-Do and strives for his own improvement.  Master Eaton was awarded his 1st Dan Black Belt in 1984 from his instructor and Master Fred DeStolfo of the United Martial Arts Assn. His current rank of 6th Dan was granted to him by Grand Master H. Y. Kang. From 1986-1988, Doug trained in the Korean martial art of Kuk sool under Master Byung Sup Ma of Chicago. Master Eaton began teaching in the summer of 1981, when he became a teaching assistant for Master Burns. He helped at the collegiate level assisting Master Burns in the Susquehanna University Phys. Ed. Dept. and assisting the Bucknell University TKD Club in 1984-86. In January 1987, he began teaching in Danville PA at the Danville Community Center. Since then, the Eaton Academy has expanded in both curriculum and enrollment opening up his own Dojang. With direction from Geisinger Children's Hospital and the American Lung Association, Master Eaton developed "Breather Achievers" for children with chronic breathing disorders in 1991. Master Eaton was a successful martial arts tournament competitor through the mid 90's till his focus became his students' success. The dedication and achievements of both he and his students were recognized by his induction in the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2004. His memberships include the International Chin Mu Kwan Tae Kwon-Do Federation, The International Kumdo Association, Alliance Martial Arts, Strathmore's Who's Who in Business, and the International Network of Christian Martial Artists.

Master Micheal Trimarchi 6th dan

Master Michael Trimarchi Jr. began his study of Tae Kwon Do in 1975 at the Jhoon Rhee TKD Institute in Milford, Connecticut, under the instruction of Master Chae Bak Rhee.  In 1977, Master Trimarchi moved to California and began training under the instruction of Master Chong Lee who promoted Master Trimarchi to 1st Dan in 1978.  He continued to train and teach in California where he met Master Lenny Young and Master Nick King who were students at the school during that time.  Master Trimarchi also taught at various locations in the Los Angeles area including UCLA and California State Northridge Universities.  In California, Master Trimarchi also won the LA Open Grand champion competition in forms. In 1981, Master Trimarchi moved back to Connecticut and founded his current martial arts school the Ansonia Tae Kwon Do Academy.  Also in 1984 Master Trimarchi received his 2nd Dan in Hapkido from Master Dave Wheaton of Hapkido International. In 2002 Master Trimarchi was introduced to Master DeStolfo and the ChinMuKwn Tae Kwon Federation by Master Lenny Young. Master Trimarchi along with some of his black belt students began training under Master DeStolfo.  In 2003 Master Trimarchi was promoted to 5th Dan.  Master Trimarchi was most recently promoted to 6th Dan under Grandmaster Kang, in 2009.  Master Trimarchi has promoted over 120 students to the rank of 1st Dan black belt and has promoted three students to the Masters rank of 4th Dan. Aside from teaching traditional Taekwon-Do, Master Trimarchi also teaches and studies several other forms of martial arts including: Hapkido, Judo, Aikido, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  Master Trimarchi continues to train with his instructor Master Destolfo.
